I believe there is a salad for everyone. Sure, there are delicious classics, but the possibilities are endless. I tend to fuss over what my food tastes and looks like, so thinking up and assembling my salads is a bit of an art, and
I want to share my art with
YOU.
For myself each week, I prepare
a few days worth of grab-and-go salads. This intentional step makes it easy to make healthy choices throughout the week but, more importantly, it gives me something to look forward to!

I’ve been delivering food to friends and family for years, but at the start of the pandemic I discovered that a healthy salad delivery was the perfect way to show my appreciation for my frontline family & friends (Fuel the heroes, if you will). one thing led to another and suddenly I was getting requests from people I didn't even know. Fast-forward to today and I'm delighted to say
